What we collect

We do not ask for your name or contact details, and the site has no sign up, comment or contact forms. We do not set advertising cookies.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and anonymized session replays) so we can improve them. Clarity sets first-party analytics cookies, and Microsoft processes that data under its own privacy statement. We do not use either tool to identify you.

Hosting and security logs

The site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site, keep it secure and block abuse. That data is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We may see aggregated, non identifying traffic statistics, such as page view counts.

Fonts

The fonts on this site are served from this site itself, so no font service receives your IP address.

Retailer links

"View on Amazon" buttons take you to Amazon. Once you are there, Amazon's own privacy policy and cookies apply, including the cookies that let it credit us for a referral. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Tools on this site

The machine finder, compare tool and footprint checker run in your browser. Your answers, compare list and room size may be saved in your browser's local storage so they are there next time; nothing is sent to us.

Children

This site is a general audience fitness guide. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
